Every pasta on Alexxa's dinner menu is handmade — Pappardelle Bolognese with slow-braised beef and pork ragù, Ricotta Tortellini in a porcini mushroom cream, Short Rib Agnolotti finished with white wine and thyme, and a Spicy Shrimp Mafalde built for sharing.

It's Italian comfort food done with technique, served nightly from 3 PM with a side of Bellagio Fountain views.
